If more than one user is affected → STOP → Call Microsoft immediately
- Nobody can sign in → Use Break-Glass account → Call Microsoft
- Multiple users affected → Call Microsoft
- Security alert → Call Microsoft
- Only one user affected → go to "One User Problem"
One user has a problem
- Login issue → Reset password → Reset MFA → Wait 5 minutes
- Device issue → Restart → Sync → Wait 30 minutes
- Email/app issue → Sign out/in → Restart → Wait 10 minutes
If not fixed → STOP → Call Microsoft
I need to do a task
- Add user → Go to User Management section
- Remove user → Follow offboarding steps
- Set up new computer → Follow device setup steps
